Request permanent deletion of your Rollers account and data.
How to request deletion
To delete your Rollers account, please contact our support team. Send an email to support@rollers.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything, so please email us from your account address. If you can't, let us know and we'll help you verify another way.
What happens next
- • We'll confirm your request by replying to your email.
- • Once confirmed, your account is permanently deleted, typically within 30 days of the request.
- • Deletion removes your profile and login details, uploaded photos and videos, AI-generated content, trained models, and your generation history.
- • Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as billing and fraud prevention, and residual copies may persist in backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
Before you delete
- • Download your content. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Save any photos or videos you want to keep first.
- • Cancel your subscription. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel there as well — deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing handled by the app stores.
- • Unused credits are forfeited. Remaining photoshoot credits, model training credits, and subscription time are lost when the account is deleted.
