Rollers is an AI-powered platform that creates custom automotive photography and videography through artificial intelligence. Users can submit photos of their vehicles to generate AI-trained models capable of producing images and videos in various settings and locations.

• To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• We collect basic information such as your name and email address through our authentication provider to facilitate account creation and payment processing.

User-Submitted Content:
By uploading vehicle photographs to our Service, you grant Rollers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for:
• Training AI models specific to your vehicle
• Improving our general AI systems
• Marketing and promotional purposes
• Displaying "before and after" transformations

AI-Generated Content:
• You retain the right to use AI-generated content produced through our paid services for both personal and commercial purposes
• Watermarked content from trial or free usage:
- May only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Must maintain watermarks intact
- Removing watermarks without purchase is prohibited
- Commercial use of watermarked content is prohibited

Payment Options:
• One-time purchases for credits and premium features
• Subscription plans with recurring payments

Refund Policy:
• All purchases are final due to the nature of AI-generated content
• Users are encouraged to try our service with watermarked content before making a purchase
• Support is available to assist with technical issues or service-related problems
• In the rare event that a refund is approved:
- All rights to use the AI-generated content are immediately terminated
- Any continued use of the content after refund is prohibited
- Users must delete all copies of the AI-generated content
- Failure to comply may result in legal action

You agree not to:
• Submit or generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate our NSFW content filtering systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models or technology
• Share account access with unauthorized users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent free credit limitations or trial restrictions

Multiple Account Policy:
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass service limitations is strictly prohibited
• Users found violating this policy may have their device permanently banned from accessing the Service
• We reserve the right to detect and track device information for the purpose of enforcing this policy

No Guarantee of Accuracy:
• AI-generated images and videos are created using machine learning technology and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, or unrealistic elements
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be photorealistic, accurate, or free from errors
• Generated content is provided "as is" and should be reviewed before use in any professional or commercial context

User Responsibility:
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the quality and suitability of AI-generated content for your intended purposes
• Rollers is not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content
• You should not rely on AI-generated content for safety-critical, legal, medical, or financial decisions

Right to Modify:
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice
• This includes changes to features, pricing, credit systems, subscription plans, and Premium Prompts
• We may add, remove, or alter AI models, generation capabilities, and quality settings

Service Availability:
• We strive to maintain consistent Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance, updates, or technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions
• We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime or unavailability

Account Impact:
• Service modifications may affect existing user accounts, credits, or generated content
• We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes that affect paid features

Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Damages:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROLLERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service
• The quality, accuracy, or nature of AI-generated content

Maximum Liability:
IN NO EVENT SHALL ROLLERS' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO ROLLERS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rollers, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, judgments, and settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or relating to:
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content you submit, upload, or generate through the Service
• Your use of AI-generated content in any commercial or public context
• Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of Premium Prompts
• Any claims that content you submitted infringes upon third-party rights

Rollers reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of these claims.

Termination by You:
• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@rollers.ai
• Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused credits or remaining subscription time
• Upon termination, your right to use AI-generated content may be revoked depending on payment status

Termination by Rollers:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Creating multiple accounts to bypass limitations
• Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
• Abusive behavior toward our staff or other users
• Unauthorized sharing or distribution of Premium Prompts
• Attempting to reverse engineer our technology
• Uploading illegal or prohibited content
• Prolonged inactivity

Effect of Termination:
• Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases
• We may delete your account data, uploaded content, and AI-generated content
• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability
• You remain liable for all obligations incurred prior to termination

Our Rights:
• We reserve the right to review, monitor, and moderate all content submitted to or generated through the Service
• We may remove, refuse to display, or restrict access to any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate
• We employ automated systems and manual review to detect prohibited content
• Content moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion

Prohibited Content:
Content that is or contains:
• Illegal material or content that promotes illegal activities
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material (NSFW content)
• Violence, gore, or graphic injury
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Copyrighted material you do not have rights to use
• Minors or content that could endanger children
• Impersonation or misrepresentation of identity
• Spam, malware, or malicious content

Consequences:
• First violations may result in content removal and a warning
• Repeated violations will result in account suspension or termination
• Severe violations (such as illegal content) will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement
• We are not obligated to provide advance notice before removing content or taking action against accounts

Modification Rights:
• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion
• Changes may be made to reflect legal requirements, new features, business practices, or other operational needs

Notification:
• When we make changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will provide notice through one or more of the following methods:

Proprietary Content:
Rollers provides premium, curated prompts ("Premium Prompts") as part of our paid services. These Premium Prompts are proprietary intellectual property owned by Rollers and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Usage Rights:
• Premium Prompts are licensed solely for your personal use within the Rollers platform
• You may not share, distribute, sell, or transfer Premium Prompts to any third party
• You may not reproduce Premium Prompts outside of the Rollers platform
• Bulk extraction or systematic downloading of our curated prompts is strictly prohibited
• Premium Prompts may not be used to train, fine-tune, or improve any AI models, machine learning systems, or competing services

Attribution Requirements:
If you publicly share or display our Premium Prompts:
• You must provide clear attribution to Rollers (e.g., "Created with Rollers Premium Prompts" or "Powered by Rollers")
• Attribution must be visible and reasonably prominent
• You may not misrepresent the prompts as your own creation

Unauthorized Use:
• Discovery of Premium Prompts being used outside of authorized Rollers accounts will result in immediate account termination
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action for unauthorized distribution or commercial exploitation of our Premium Prompts
• Violators may be held liable for damages, including lost revenue and legal fees
• We employ technical measures to detect and track unauthorized use of our Premium Prompts
